Amin Aslam has over 22 years of experience across many sectors. An award-winning leader in corporate strategy, brand, marketing, crisis communications, electric vehicles marketing, technology, and an author of two novels.

Over the years he has worked on several projects such as Promoting adoption of Solar panels, increase adoption of Electric vehicles, successful implementation and promotion of EV chargers, Energy efficiency initiatives, Demand-side management, Change Management, business Process Engineering and Climate Change agenda.

Amin has played a pivotal role in building and sustaining the overall marketing and corporate communications function from scratch for a leading organization. His unique style of management combined with his skillset led the brand perception of a reputed firm to rise to 91% from 80%. Marketing campaigns ROI rose to 90% due to his careful planning and execution. He has spearheaded marketing for projects within the renewable energy such as Shams Dubai, Electric Vehicle Green Charger and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar park, which is the largest solar park in the world in one single site. He is a huge advocate for green energy and green solutions. His passion for details, process re-engineering and optimization has also led him to be a Six Sigma Blackbelt.

He has held a number of senior management positions over the past twenty years with International experience in USA, Germany & the UAE. He has played an active role in building and strengthening Emergency Management and Simulations for Orange County of Florida to improve the preparedness for crisis response. He is known to have a diverse set of skill set ranging from management, brand & marketing, engineering, IT, finance to process engineering making him an asset and a valuable advisor for all his colleagues. 

Born and raised in the UAE, Amin hails from a well-educated background with double Master’s degrees from the USA in Business Administration and engineering degrees in both Computer Engineering and Instrumentation and Control Engineering. He believes that learning is a never-ending process and continues to take certification from established universities such as INSEAD business school, Oxford Business school and MIT Sloan Business School. 

Amin loves spending his time learning and acquiring latest technologies and always keeps himself up to speed about latest developments. He coaches the team around him constantly on various issues and topics. Being a sportsperson and having represented various local and international team in Cricket. He is also a writer and has published two fiction novels so far, with many more to come. He believes that every challenge is an opportunity to deliver and shine and this simple philosophy drives him to be a calm yet relentless leader.
