This year, Kia introduced the all-new 2022 Kia EV6, a second generation EV crossover. With its stunning look, the EV6 has a range of up to 310 miles (about 500 km) and with quick charging capabilities. The 5-door EV crossover is available in both RWD or AWD and comes with two battery options; 55 kWh or 77.4 kWh battery. Don’t get me wrong, its no superfast EV but its sure does pack a punch!

Positioned intentionally in the mid EV segment, it comes with an attractive pricing ranging from $41K to $56K.

The 2022 KIA EV6 EV has Some Cutting Edge Techy Cockpit

The EV6 is a serious competitor to some of the leading EV’s out there when it comes to tech. The EV6 cockpit is simple, futuristic and compact yet well laid out. It’s got the 12.3-inch panoramic displays within the dashboard.

The seating is stylish reflecting popular racing car linings, the sound system totally rules with its pompous 14-speaker Meridian premium audio system, supported by wireless phone charging, Apple Carplay and Android Audio. It also comes with five USB ports, a power tailgate, power driver and heated and cooled front row seats. The AWD models have the heated steering wheel too for those cold winters.

The Kia EV6 is also equipped with some cool features such as the rear cross-traffic alert, front & rear collision warning, lane assist, adaptive cruise control and blind-spot detection. There is also an optional head-up display and remote parking assist and comes with other standard safety features.

Overall, the 2022 Kia EV6 electric vehicle makes a positive mark when it comes to mainstream EVs. There are plenty of stylish EVs out there and the KIA EV6 is definitely a head turner with stunning style and provides great value for money. It does not compete with the fast EV’s out there but it’s still makes a mark with a top speed of 117 mph.
